Bollinger 94 Point Brut Special Cuvee Gift Set

Champagne Bollinger unveils its new tasting glass, a tribute to Madame Bollinger. The Elisabeth glass results from a partnership between the House’s oenological team, under the leadership of its cellar master Gilles Descôtes, and Lehmann Glass, this new glass has been designed to enhance the aromas of Bollinger’s wines. The base of the bowl is wider, in the spirit of still wine glasses, to encourage the development of aromas. The top of the glass is narrower, in the spirit of champagne flutes, to best capture these aromas by concentrating them.

• Bollinger Brut Special Cuvee
  A golden color, distinctive of black grape varieties. Very fine bubbles. On the nose, it has a beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit and spicy aromas, with hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. On the palate, there is a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity. The bubbles are like velvet. Flavors of pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.
